Mr. Agne has over twenty seven years of experience in International Trade and Maritime Management helped establish the first-ever technical sister sea port between the Port of Miami, Florida and the Port of Dakar, Senegal. Mr. Agne is recognized by a Proclamation from the Mayor of Miami Dade County, Florida, naming March 10th, 1999 as Abdoulaye Agne Day. He served as executive in companies such as Sea Point, New Orleans, Louisiana and Global Pathway, Virginia. He served in Africa, Senegal as Commercial Director for Smith & Kraft. In Mali, he served as Operations Director of the Dry Port of Senegal in Mali (ENSEMA). He has assisted and organized investor visits to the continent of Africa in various sectors of the economy. He holds publications in numerous socio economic articles such as Walfaji newspaper on the African Growth & Opportunity Act (AGOA) and a French novel, “La Poulebénie de la Mariée” in 2011 at L’Harmattan, Paris.
Abdoulaye AGNE graduated from Sorbonne University, Paris 1, France, from London School of Foreign Trade, (Morley College), London UK and holds an MBA from California Pacific University, San Diego, CA., USA.
